Physical Therapist
Dr. Jouan is a native of Jackson TN, and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University. He specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, with a certification in Dry Needling. Dr. Jouan is passionate about helping his patients and developing long lasting relationships. As a co-founder of Top Notch Physical Therapy Motion and Wellness, he's dedicated to meeting all of your therapy needs and providing exceptional service.

DR. CARMEN COX PT,DPT,CLT,CERT.DN
Dr. Carmen Cox is a native of Decatur, GA and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University and her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Alabama A&M University. She has an abundance of experience treating neurological and orthopedic conditions, with a certification in Dry Needling. Dr. Cox is also a certified lymphedema therapist, in which she is very passionate in serving individuals in that community. As a co-founder, she deeply cares about her clients and treats each one of them as if they were family.
